Time Between Purchases & Purchase Frequency Metrics
Peel now tells you how long your customers wait before making a repeat purchase and the average number of times a customer makes a purchase in the past 365 days. Just like the original metrics, these new metrics are available across all of the segments found in our data. Knowing these behaviors is super informative and can help you tailor email campaigns to encourage upsell/crossing products.

Download CSV
You can now download CSV files for all the Metrics.
Want a CSV download of the monthly cohort analysis for a specific product? Go to the Metric, configure the date range, segment it and click Download CSV.
Navigation got a face-lift
We’ve improved our navigation, making it much easier to find Metrics, access Settings, and use the product. Everything can be found on the left navigation.
Cohort Table Visualization
We created an alternative table visualization to the Cohort metrics - now able to view in ascending order. Additionally, the Lifetime Revenue and Average Lifetime Revenue Metrics which were previously only plotted as line graphs are now able to be viewed as a table.
