What support is included with my plan?
Email and chat support are available at your convenience during regular business hours for every plan level.
What plan/features are available for the trial?
The 7-day free trial gives you access to the Essentials plan, so you can experience the full potential of the platform. Work off preset dashboards included for your convenience or use our reporting tools to create custom dashboards in minutes. We want you to find answers to the questions you have about your business as well as discover new questions and insights along the way. We encourage our users to connect as many of their available data sources as possible during the trial to get a full sense of how much analysis, reporting, and visualization Peel can automate.
How frequently is my data updated?
Peel automatically refreshes your data on a daily basis, providing your team with an up-to-date view of your business performance and customer behavior. We want to keep you on the pulse of your business, so you can make dynamic decisions for your marketing, sales, and advertising strategies.
What about data security?
Peel applications are hosted on Amazon Web Service Fargate, which meets the standards for PCI DSS Level 1, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, and HIPAA eligibility. We store customer account data in encrypted Amazon RDS databases and have an additional encryption layer for your data source credentials, ensuring that our staff does not have access to them. Additionally, with the use of Fargate, our application servers are not accessible to anyone on our team. Our website and servers use HTTPS over SSL (TLS 1.3) to protect your data. All files are automatically deleted within 60 days. By design, Peel will never ask you for personally identifiable information (PII) about your users or customers. The data from your account is only ever used for analysis on your account.
How do I know which plan is right for my business?
There’s not a single, catchall answer for this. We suggest taking a critical look at the plan table and features chart on this page and thinking about how that information aligns with your needs. All plan levels allow you to integrate your email, SMS, subscription, post-purchase survey platforms, and more to have access to more detailed reporting and segmentation. The Essentials plan is a great starting point and provides you 2 custom report requests at onboarding (first 2 months on Peel). A step up to the Accelerate plan might be in order if you want more custom reports built as you get 3 per quarter on this plan, plus you get access to Google Sheets and OneDrive connectors to access raw data and bring it into your flow. The Tailored plan unlocks the most, giving you 25 custom report request per month, priority strategic support responses and so much more.
Can I change my plan after signing up?
Yes! You can change your plan once you are subscribed by accessing your account settings within the platform and choosing the plan that works for you.

Can I connect multiple datasources?
For the Essentials plan, you can connect up to 3 Shopify or Amazon stores. With the Accelerate plan, you have the ability to connect up to 7 Shopify or Amazon stores. The Tailored plan allows for unlimited Shopify and Amazon store connections. With all plans, you can connect your relevant tools in your tech stack – email, SMS, subscription, post-purchase survey, and more. Peel is constantly in the works with top service providers in the industry to add new integrations to the platform.
How long does the setup take?
Setup will take you less than 5 minutes. All you have to do is connect your datasource to Peel and you’re done. We are a no-code BI product that automates your post-purchase data. The Peel app does all the work, sending you reports, dashboards, and summaries of your analysis
